A Note from the Founder:
Hi, I’m Emily — Pilates teacher, movement enthusiast, and the heart behind this on-demand studio. After teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates in-person, I wanted to create a space that brings the same quality, care, and connection to your everyday life—no commute, no schedule stress.
This platform was born from a love for movement, a belief that all bodies are pilates bodies and that feeling strong, grounded, and connected in your body shouldn’t be limited by time or location. Whether you’ve got 10 minutes or a full hour, there’s something here for you.
